We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, this means we are unable to re-use that time for other clients. When you book in with Balazs Clinic, you are agreeing to our booking policy.
We understand that occasionally a short-notice cancellation may be unavoidable and if it is possible to reschedule your appointment, without causing an issue for our clinic operations, we will try to do so. However, because it is often difficult to re-book an appointment slot within 48 hours, we have taken the decision to institute a 48-hour cancellation policy.
A non refundable booking fee will now be taken when booking any treatment. This will be deducted from your bill for the relevant treatment.
Booking fees for consultations
A £20 non refundable booking fee is taken to secure your consultation, this is to cover the costs of our clinic time. If you decide you wish to proceed with a treatment, this will be deducted from your treatment plan. If you do not show for your consultation, or fail to inform us at least 48 hours prior for rescheduling, you will lose this booking fee and need to contact us to reschedule.
Booking fees for treatments
A 10-20% of the treatment total is taken to secure your appointment with us. If you do not show for your appointment, or fail to inform us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled treatment time, you will lose your booking fee and need to contact us to rebook a new appointment with a new booking fee. Booking fees are non refundable if you decide you no longer wish to attend your appointment/change your mind. This is due to admin costs. Failure to attend with no notice, you will be charged 50% of the appointment total.
To help our clients minimise the chance of losing their booking fee or treatments, we do send out text reminders a minimum of 48 hours ahead of appointments. Although due to circumstances beyond our control this may not always be possible and clients should therefore not rely on a text reminder.
Prescription Appointments (I.e Botox)
If you fail to attend your appointment where I have generated a prescription, you will be charged in full due to costs of prescription and prescribers and order of the treatment which has been dedicated to you. As this is a prescription item, we cannot use this on another patient.
Packages & Courses
If you have purchased a course of treatments and fail to give 48 hours notice or do not show to your appointment, you will lose this session.
Courses expire after 3 months if not used.
All packages/courses are non-refundable under any circumstances. Packages/ Courses are non transferable.
Failing to attend appointment without notice (48 hours)
If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, Balazs clinic reserves the right to charge a no show fee. This can vary from 50-100% depending on the service booked, even if a booking fee has been paid. This covers our time, stock costs and value of service. As you can understand, we have clients who could have had your appointment and we really hope you respect our time.
If you fail to not inform us of missing your appointment, you will be required to settle the full balance before booking back in with us.
