Frown lines and wrinkles are natural results of the ageing process but Botulinum toxin type A, which has been medically used for over 20 years, can be injected, with a very fine needle, to relax the muscles. Less movement occurs which means the frown lines and wrinkles soften and appear less noticeable. 3 areas include forehead lines, crow’s feet lines around the eyes and the vertical ’11’ frown lines between the eyebrows. I had a facial aesthetic treatment elsewhere, but I am not happy. Can you correct other clinics treatments?
It depends on the treatment. Dermal and lip fillers can be dissolved. Treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections cannot be reversed. However, as they are temporary, they will fade in approximately 3-4 months.
Why should I choose Balazs Clinic?
Mariella is an advanced qualified practitioner with many years of experience in natural enhancements. Our clinic is overseen by Nurse practitioners who regularly attend the site each week. I do not employ anyone so you will always get the same person to get to know your personal preferences and work with you to achieve your goals. This is a very much 1-2-1 experience at all times.
Can I bring my children?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the business we are not insured to allow children unattended on the premises. If you arrive with children you unfortunately you will be asked to leave without treatment. I apologise in advance for the inconvenience but this is for health and safety for both parties.
Your prices seem slightly higher for some treatments than other clinics, can you price match?
No. I keep my prices as low as possible, however I use high quality products and you do get what you pay for. Cheaper clinics may use lesser known and therefore lesser safety tested brands and or dilute wrinkle relaxation vials. Your health and safety is important to me.
I’m nervous! Do the injectable treatments hurt?
Most of the treatments are pain free. You will be offered topical anaesthetic to numb the treatment area within minutes so by the time comes you will feel only mild discomfort. The Dermal filler products also contain a local anaesthetic which numbs further once treatment has begun. Don’t forget that I deal with nervous clients on a day to day basis and will do everything to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. I have you covered – stress balls and sweets are always on hand!
